Course media

Description

This course will teach you the hand building techniques for making pots and other objects with clay. You will only use clay and some very basic hand tools, meaning that you won't have to buy any expensive equipment to take part in this course. Through the use of three hand building techniques, you will learn how to shape animals and give more textures to your objects.

Course teacher Mandar Marathe is a Fine Artist, Sculptor, Illustrator, Designer and Engineer. Mandar has had 12 shows showcasing his paintings and he has taught about 1000+ students across his various art workshops. He has been doing painting and clay modelling for the last 30 years and has been teaching it for the last 6.

The course is ideal for anyone who wants to increase their understanding of clay as a sculptural material, anyone who is interested in animation, Sculpture or Potter, or is looking for some creative fun!
